Keeping In Touch!

We're here for you during COVID 19

A message from Graham Chiropractic about COVID-19

Our office has been adapting to the ongoing situation with COVID-19 in the following ways to keep the patients safe.
1. We have continued to offer office visits for flare-ups and emergency care, but we have rescheduled non-acute and supportive care patients      to the week of April 9th and forward. We will modify this if advised by government authorities.
Our office hours  have change as a result of this, so please call before
coming in. We check our answering machine daily, and have been able
to schedule patients, and order and supply nutritional supplement for
      our patients.
2.  We have scheduled no more than three patients at a time in the office, and each patient is brought to an individualized room after entering        the office.

3. All Surfaces in the office are sanitized before morning and afternoon hours. All surfaces patients touch are sanitized before and after care.

4. Hand sanitizer is available and encouraged at the time of signing in. Cell phones are disinfected before use in the office.

5. The staff washes hands constantly.

6. If staff or patients feel sick, or they have been exposed to someone who exhibit signs related to COVID-19, they are advised to stay home.

Ways to take care of yourself and your loved ones!

With work, school and social events disrupted it is very important to
maintain a routine as much as possible.

  • Meals should be  "Family Time". Prepare balanced and healthy meals and include fresh fruits and vegetables daily.  Keep mealtimes on a rountine schedule and avoid electronics during meals.
  • Boost your immunity by taking nutritional supplements like vitamin C, multivitamins, zinc and echinacea. Keep hydrated.
  • Keep active  physically & mentally. Maintain exercise (to your ability) such as going for a walk (while maintaining social distancing) yoga and home floor exercises. Puzzles, games, drawing,  painting and other crafts can really help with "boredom". Don't just rely on electronic media to keep busy.
  • Try a free online mindfullness and stress reduction class at http://Palousemindfulness.com
  • Don't watch the news before noon and limit the time you spend on COVID-19 news. Get the latest update and let it rest. Check out  http://Goodnewsnetwork.org
  • Limit your "outside" trips to take care of bare essentials such as groceries, health products and etc.
  • Practice safe tips: social distancing, washing hands and using all advised and recommended safety precautions.
